Mission of Empowerment
Our Commitment
The Medusa Project is dedicated to empowering women through self-defense, healing, and community connection. Our programs are designed to equip women with the skills to take control of their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
At The Medusa Project, we believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to reclaim her power, learn essential real-world skills, and heal through strength and courage. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for women to thrive and unlock their full potential.
Our Offerings
Self Defense
Our combat training programs are designed to empower women physically and mentally, teaching essential self-defense techniques and strategies to enhance personal safety and confidence. We use techniques from martial arts like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, and Boxing

Our community events and connections provide a supportive network for women to share experiences, build relationships, and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment.
